ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Hey everyone! My name is C.S. Case, author of “In Every Lifetime: A Gilded Age Romance.” It’s a spicy historical romance based in Newport, RI. It is a duel POV following Daniel Hart and Grace Lytton. It is packed with drama, heartbreak, spice, friendship, and most importantly, true love.

More about me you ask? I’m originally from a small town in Connecticut. Recently, I made a huge life change when my husband and I decided to move six hours away to PA! When I’m not reading or writing, I'm spending time with friends, family, and my two spoiled fur babies, Gamora, and Finch. I love going to the gym, listening to music, and playing video games. Some random facts about me; I love rollercoasters and sushi is my favorite food.

What inspired me to write a novel you ask? Every vacation for as long as I can remember my parents took me to Newport, RI. I fell in love with it there, and it has become a second home to me. I’ve always loved reading, writing, and being creative. Romance novels were my favorite. So, I joined together all of my favorite things when writing my first novel. The second, “In Every Life, Too” will be released on October 16th. <3 Thank you for being a part of my journey so far!

NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND, In the late 19th century becomes an escape for America’s wealthiest families. Grand mansions rise like palaces along a cliffs edge, and summer parties are as much about status as they are about celebration. Against this backdrop of wealth and power, two hearts - one tormented soul from the world of old money, the other, a pure, gentle soul from new money - are drawn together in a love that threatens to defy everything they know.

WHAT IS A SOULMATE? IS IT SOMEONE YOU ARE DESTINED TO MEET IN THIS LIFETIME, OR EVERY LIFETIME….
